Order Cancellations


Conditions to qualify

  1. Order is not processed: In case the order has not been processed and fulfilled, the order can be self cancelled by the customer from his account or a cancellation request can be raised by dropping a mail at hello@yogadesk.in. The cancellation of an order is not guaranteed. In case an order is successfully cancelled before it is processed, full refund will be initiated. The refund will automatically be credited back into the original source within 5-7 business days depending upon the mode of transaction.

  2. Order has been processed: In case the order has been processed and fulfilled, the order becomes non-cancellable and no cancellation requests can be accepted. If the delivery is refused by the customer, for any reason, cancellation fee of 2.5 %(third-party payment gateway charges) will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cashback earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product.

You can return an Item within 7 business days of the item being delivered to you. Return requests are not accepted after 7 business days from the date of delivery.

  1. Used/ altered products
  2. Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  3. The product is reported after the expiry of exchange policy duration i.e., after 10 business days of delivery

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND?

  1. Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (scratch/peel-off) customers can choose not to return the item.
  2. Broken/Difference- If the item delivered to you is broken condition. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. wooden joints opening) and If the item delivered to you is different from the item image on our website.
  3. Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.

What is the refund policy?

1. Contact us: Reach out to us via email us (hello@yogadesk.in) or WhatsApp(+91 8800852177) within a specified time frame (typically mentioned in the refund policy or terms and conditions). Provide details about the issue, including your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant information.

2. Share evidence: To assist us in processing your refund or replacement, please share an unboxing video and clear pictures of the broken item or the incorrect product received. This visual evidence will help us understand the problem better.

3. Preserve original packaging: It is essential to keep the original packaging of the product intact. This includes the box, any protective material, and all accessories that were included. These will be required for the return or exchange process.

4. Refund or replacement: Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement, as per your preference and our policies. The refund will typically be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method, and the replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Terms & Conditions for 30 Days Free Trial -

  1. If you are, you may return it for any reason within 30 days and you will be eligible for a full refund. You must ensure that the products returned by you are not damaged, with no missing parts, or stains and it should be in a donatable condition.

  2. YogaDESK 30 days Trial policy is limited to one per customer, and it must be exercised directly with YogaDESK, no later than 30th day following delivery of the product, of which you want a refund.

  3. Our 30 days trial policy applies only to the original purchaser of genuine YogaDESK , who purchased their products directly from the website.

  4. The 30 days trial policy may not apply or may apply differently, to purchases of YogaDESK via other YogaDESK Distribution channels (Flipkart, Pepperfry or from any other unauthorized sources).

  5. The final decision on refund under 30 days trial offer will be made by YogaDESK Management. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the terms and conditions of the 30 days trial offer.

  6. If at least one of a particular product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders of that particular product.

  7. The 30 trial free policy is only applicable for orders placed after 27th July 2023.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:(UPI, QR, BNPL, WALLET)

  1. We accept online orders through HDFC Bank Payment Gateway modes of payment including Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit cards from select banks in India including Govt. approved UPI (Unified Payment Interface) and Payment Wallets viz. PayTM & others.
  2.  Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) when you make an online transaction using your Credit Card.
  3. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.
  4. The Debit Card/Credit Card transaction will appear on your Bank statement/Credit Card Statement.
If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer care team and provide the following information:

 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY 

• Do you ship to my city and location?

  1. The standard ground mail service is shipped via reputed Logistics service providers namely Delhivery/ BlueDart/ Ecom express/ India-Post & equivalent. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours on normal business business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any other National Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and your pin-code location.

  2. The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Local Holidays & Local Festivals are calculated as business days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.

• What is the estimated delivery time?

  1. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.

  3. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 business days from the Date of Order.

• Are there any shipping charges?

  1. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

  2. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 999.The products are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received. For any return or refund related queries, please reach out to us at hello@yogadesk.in

• How do I track my order?

  1. You can track your order through our website We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days subject to the availability of Logistics Service providers.

  2. You can also check your order status is to track the courier website by Tracking no. provided by us after the dispatch of Item. We try our best to deliver your product before you can even think.

• What if I receive a damaged product?

  1. We take extensive precautions on the safety of the products and its packaging while dispatching it. We pack our products in boxes, where each individual product is wrapped in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

  2. If the shipment is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it.

  3. If the order is updated as delivered but the user has not received the order, the same has to be intimated to the customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation, wherein you will have to give 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.

  4. For all claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. 2-4 business days are required to investigate and review your request. If any shipment is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.

  5. In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you will needto self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your account or to your Prepaid wallet.

  6. We are not responsible for damages post-delivery. We do not take responsibility for the misplacement of products post-delivery.

• What if Customer Non-Availability On Delivery ?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package TWO times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
